i hate having absorption issues and POTS with ADHD because holy shit caffeine and stimulants DO NOT WORK FOR ME.

I swear to god my ADHD goes from mild - moderate to almost severe, I feel almost manic (I know, not the best descriptor but I literally do not know another word to emphasize how shitty and overwhelming and sometimes even mindbreaking it gets for me. a simple 20mg vyvanse KICKSTARED DEREALITY EPISODES FOR ME THAT I STILL STRUGGLE WITH TO THIS DAY.)

i had to take excedrin for a tension headache an hour or two ago and I swear I feel like my nerves are on fire, I feel so wired and my brain is racing faster than my ADHD usually goes, I'm losing my train of thought I'm staring off I HATE CAFFEINE SO MUCH OMG.

please does anybody else with these unfortunate alignments experience this. I need to know I'm not alone (and please don't comment "oh, no! I don't! It calms me!". That is good to hear but I am not talking about you)

I've been highly disincentivized from being active here recently.

Every time I open this app as of late im smacked with posts or blogs that are either underage folk interacting in NSFW ways or folks who are quite clearly pedophiles.

Reporting, blocking tags, etc. Doesn't keep it from continuing to occur, and I'm honestly hitting a breaking point where I feel like this whole site needs to burn because it clearly can't manage it's contents...

I had a semi-nsfw blog here way back when the original purge happened, and at the time I was naive and felt like it was extreme overkill, but it feels like since then the problem has genuinely only gotten worse.

Right now I have no interest in being here, because its become clear to me that I am powerless to make an impact through my activities here.

This blog is meant as an adult space, but the platform its hosted on clearly cant honor that, and I cant put countless hours into enforcing what the platform should be responsible for.

I'm so sorry for the delay. I've been in a losing battle with my phone since Saturday after I updated it. It's keyboard has become my worst enemy and typing this much alone has been a hellish slog with how slow and methodical I need to be with each letter... oh and my battery life has been utter ass since then as well, so thats nice.

I've cleared out a few things that were chewing up resources in the background and downloaded a keyboard replacer that seems to be working well for the most part, but the character spacing is juat different enough to make typing a challenge still.

I promise that you will have your asks answered by tomorrow at the latest.
