Hello! I'm so sorry, but I had a question about general code/theme help I just can't seem to figure out on my own and it's been driving me crazy!! How do you have it so notes, source, like, etc. shows up on posts on the index and permalink pages but not on a page like say your faq? I'm so lost; thank you for any help!

hello!  not a problem at all!

the best thing is to make use of tumblrs date blocks.  essentially, anything you pop inside a date block will appear only on posts and pages which have a date associated with them.  so it will show on your index pages and post permalink pages - but NOT on your other content pages ( ask, faq etc ).  so you can include additional content in there like notes, source etc and not just the date!

{block:Date} Stuff here!!! {/block:Date}

that should do it!
