Zero watched Jonathan, his eyebrows furrowed together as he watched his reaction. He looks down at his scarred hands and then kneads them togeher softly. "... it's okay..." he speaks slowly, carefully. "Being... scared."
Jonathan looked up at the boys words, gentle eyes watching the other. “I… I’m not…” He began to deny. But Zero didn’t seem like the one to believe him. It was strange, one the few times Jonathan was the one on the receiving end, for it to come from a young child. His eyes glanced away, off to the distance. “… I don’t want to be.”
