These wraps are not really wraps but I have noticed some results. What it is is packets of volcanic clay,that come with ace bandages to wrap around them. I noticed a lot of reviews mentioning the fact that the product did not come with instructions,i am aware of this and have been in touch with the company. They know that there weren’t any directions and are working on emailing everyone that purchase the product with instructions. The company sent the instructions to the supplier to be shipped with the product,but they were unfortunately left out. On to how to use them,it’s really pretty easy. First simply boil some water or just use hot water,add hot water to the clay and do it slowly because its easy to add to much which happened to me. Once its clay like apply it to your desired area and wrap the ace bandages around it and let sit for an hour. I noticed a small amount of results already and have only done two applications,you receive 8 total,which is a great amount. The clay can be messy,so I recommend using it in the bathroom or somewhere that you don’t mind if it gets messy. Also I found it a lot easier to use the product and then just jump in the shower and wash it off. It did dry out my skin but other that there was no irritation or skin troubles with the product. The ace bandages are quite thick and are not very long,so what I ended up doing was placing a plastic shopping bag over the clay and putting a shirt or towel over that and just laying with the heating pad,since your supposed to keep the heat it. Another thing the clips that come with the bandages are super cheap and wouldn’t even hold the bandages on. I can’t wait to see the final results after all 8 applications.
