Volcano Nachos - Make Fish, Davis

I got these because I saw them on a friend’s Snapchat and I got excited but then I got them and ate them and they were much spicier than I had anticipated. I think the thing that threw me off was the jalapenos because they got mixed in with the guacamole and then I couldn’t find them and take them out so I just suffered through the entire thing. Other than that though, it was tasty, but I don’t know if I would get it again over a poke bowl.

I have a confession...

I was having an affair with the Taco Bell Volcano menu. To be specific, volcano nachos were what I would booty call at 2 am like every other night. They're not even that good I'm just a fucking spicy food addict. A few months back they got rid of the volcano menu though... 

I was devastated

I learned yesterday that you can go to the fucking store and ask for LAVA SAUCE to be added on anything they have. I had a cheesy nacho with the lava sauce (because I hate their meat and beans). It felt just like it used to. The magic was there.

I haven't been this genuinely happy about something in a very, very long time and that is just so sad to me.
