Voltruth #1:
Adam was not the LGBT rep.
He was merely a tool for Shiro’s backstory.
He was merely there to show that anybody can die in a war and it’s easier to understand such a concept when we have a familiar face.
He was not made for the “bury your gays trope”.
He was overhyped but in doing so, Dreamworks familiarized us with him, thus making the “anybody can die in a war” statement have more impact, as said above.
He even said he wouldn’t be there when Shiro came back idk about you guys but uhhhh that’s called foreshadowing and believe it or not it’s actually quite common, even in kids shows.
Adam died, he’s not coming back, it wasn’t for a shitty trope, and he’s not the LGBT rep, you’re all just butthurt.
He was simply a minor character to use as a plot tool.
Dreamworks doesn’t owe you anything, get over yourselves.
