After 9 border crossing, 3900km, 6 days of riding we reached #volvograd. Mainly on highway through #Italy, #slovenia, #croatia, #bosniaandherzegovina, #serbia. Finally some different paved road in #romenia where the main village road is the same national highway, (and cars drive double the allowed speed). Some crazy holes and jumps in #ukranian roads, an interesting self-claimed independent region #transnistria where border guards not always follow the law, eventually we managed to arrive in #russia trying to avoid the war zone on south-east region of Ukraine. In Russia after Belgorod our gps track lead us to a sandy rural area where it was impossible to continue. I was not the only who suffered through this, in #russiansteppe my bike started coughing and i had to find a workshop where to check it. I was mentally ready to stop in the middle of Russiansteppe and fix my bike at 7p.m and looking for a camp where to sleep. Luckily It made the 260km to destination.
