the villain that Vischne and co have to face

a no-nonsense old-ish lady that just sorta wants to rule the kingdom but there’s an abundance of dead people abuse and low general happiness soo

also she actively sabotages his saving-the world mission, so wtf evil lady

(she does it because she’s genre-smart and knows that being goodie-two-shoes he will come for her, but, well, it doesn’t help her much)

... i think her design might benefit from some evil shoulderpads

or generally something to hold her cape with
