So I'm back from the APMAs

And I know some people may not care but Ima give some highlights:

Red Carpet: •I was in the VIP section (my birthday present was VIP tickets) and luckily the section had shade and a breeze. • It took forever for bands people actually knew to come out. All the undiscovered bands were first and no one really cared. • There were some really nice people in the VIP section and some people who annoyed me to no extent. Enough said. • When All Time Low came they came close to the barrier they started to take photos with people. • Alex and Jack kinda ran off. Zack and Rian were soooo close to me but right as I was about to get a picture they had to go for an interview. • I was in the background of most interviews. • About halfway through the camera guy asked the VIP section if anyone had on an All Time Low shirt and I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DID! • He basically took a video of my boobs- with the VIP lanyard next to the bands faces. My mom was very concerned that he just liked my chest. • After she said that I was very uncomfortable. • I got a photo with Nick Major and that is pretty fucking awesome. • They were really behind on timing. They stopped most of the in line interviews and the camera guys left- it was weird. They didn’t even let other bands out to the barrier. • THERE WAS A LINE OF BANDS WATING TO BE INTERVIEWED AND IT WAS REALLY FUNNY TO ME.

Actual Show: • We got really lucky and our seats were four rows in, and on the side where all the bands came out. Best seats I’ve ever had. • It was so cramped. We were all sitting on top of each other. • THERE WERE SO MANY IMPORTANT PEOPLE JUST FEET AWAY FROM ME. I was soooo close to touching Rian. • The show started with Tyler Posey basically hosting a “political debate” between Alex and Jack and it was hilarious. • Alex and Jack wore suits for the debate. • Jack kissed Alex’s grandma. • MAYDAY PARADE AND THE MAINE PLAYED TOGETHER • fucking Jamie All Over was so amazing. • Derek wasn’t wearing shoes and claimed that his outfit was the only clean things he had left. • Alex and Jack changed back into their non fancy clothes so quick. • the amounT OF DICK JOKES JACK MADE OMF • He pretended to suck many dicks, touch his own, and suck his own on the big screen. • “fuck” was the word of the night • For the debate, Alex and Jack read “deleted emails” from one another. Hilarious. • Issues was so good. • GOOD CHARLOTTE PLAYED STUFF FROM YOUNG AND HOPELESS AND IT WAS FUCKIN AMAZING, AND KELLIN JOINED THEM OH MY GOSH. • Neck Deep was insane- they covered so many bands. Vic joined them for one- and Alex joined too. • All Time Low didn’t win any awards which was kind of funny. • The Ghost Inside won the most dedicated fans award and the speech made almost everyone cry. • They described how they were in a huge accident last year and it killed two people, and injured all of the band. One of the guys didn’t even want to play music anymore, but the fans got the band back into playing. • It made my mom and my sister cry- they had never even heard of The Ghost Inside. • The bands who preformed after TGI gave their speech dedicated songs/performances to them. • Marilyn Manson’s speech was actually really cool and I don’t really care for him. • Jack and Alex’s banters were the best. • They were running really behind schedule- we had to leave early :/ • But that’s okay because my sister was taken to tears because of the way OM&M did their set and basically killed her ears. (She’s really sensitive to that stuff and she has an ear infection so😂) • Every band was amazing. I hadn’t really heard much of a lot of the bands and now I’m never going to stop. • Babymetal played with the guy from Judas Priests (my dad loves them) and they played “Breaking The Law” and my whole family knows the song so we were singing it but no one around us knew it. • My sister met Papa Roach after she left the show because of her ears- it was funny. • They were eating dinner and my mom asked them if they could take a picture with my sister and apparently they were so happy to, and very nice about it. • One of the guys even told my sister that “we have the same hairstyle!” • Every presenter/accepter was VERY well spoken. It was quite amazing. • I always knew I wanted to be in a pop punk band- but being there tonight, and really experiencing it, I want to be in a band even more so now. Everyone is so nice to everyone and everyone was having a great time- just the looks on the faces was amazing, and every interaction just looked like they were having the time of their lives. I want that. • And not to mention how inspirational everyone was. Almost everyone had said how they started out as random, awkward dorks but they didn’t give up on their dreams- and now they were here. And that’s amazing, and just gives me the motivation to try to be in a band. • One of the best, most fun, inspirational and motivational nights I’ve had. • Gosh I love this community
