just figured i can put in calorie count in my bujo!!!
so.. maybe just a piece of chicken for dinner
i havent posted in a while but my apetite is still eh and i am eating less on the regular!! usually around the 1k mark!! absolutely not over 1500 which i’m so happy about. but i am still not losing these days. i need to restrict more i guess.
think i’m gonna stick to a schedule on what to eat each day. so i can stick to a more structured way of eating. maybe then i can get better at restricting
