I remember this day like yesterday. I was in a dark place in my life. I was trying to please everyone, I was ignoring who I was and had completely lost myself. I was fresh out of failed relationship that I had no business being in. I hated my job and saw absolutely no way out. I was fresh out of the hospital and in a fight for my life physically. I started doing the necessary things to ensure my well being. I was attempting to display I was okay and that I had overcome my worries and this was a new rebirth of me. It wasn’t. This was me faking like I was okay and feeling like shit inside. This is me patching up the pain. This is the show I put on. This is the past. How I got over? I did that by sincerely putting myself first and focusing solely on me and the things to ensure a healthy life physically, mentally and spiritually. I swear to you. The moment I let go of all the doubt, the energy vampires, and negative thinking, things turned. In a year and a half went on to be able to quit my job comfortably, write 2 books, Launch 2 apparel lines, a line of Holistic Health products, host workshops and council several people on heart and kidney health.
