How are you going to measure this? is it going to be per episode, or how many episodes the time would have filled in Classic? (could you please do both?)
Both, actually. A system to address this problem was put into place to compare Peri Brown and Grace Holloway’s SPE to other classic companions some time ago.The mean Doctor Who episodes were 25 minutes long, season 22 were 45 minutes, the movie was 85 minutes in the UK cut and 89 minutes in the US cut, and modern episodes are 45 minutes. The VSPE calculates the time the episodes would have taken up in 25-minute increments.
This post explains the VSPE and SPE in more detail. The VSPE of most modern episodes counts each modern episode as 1.8 classic episodes.
It is true that I did not put Astrid’s VSPE on her SPE post, simply because I was rushed and forgot. Astrid’s VSPE, screaming once in one episode is 0.555 (repeating, but SPE is rounded to the nearest thousandth).
This is also explained in the FAQ.
