I feel like I should be taking my VTA audition seriously..
After all, it's in front of college reps, right? And even though I'm only "auditioning" (I use this term loosely) for one school of the arts, I should still give it all I got, am I correct?
So why can't I take this seriously? Why have I only ran through my monologue maybe three times in the past month, and my song twice?!
Maybe it's because I know that getting into ANY school of the arts is such a far stretch for me. Not saying that I wouldn't want to be a theatre major because that'd be amazing. I think I just maybe need to start figuring out other ways to incorporate theatre into my degree..
