Remus was tired; exhausted, really, if he were to be honest. For once, it wasn’t about the full moon being near either, it was just him working hard and causing it on his own. Which, really probably wasn’t surprising for anyone who knew the boy, anyway. He’d spent half the night writing, and had woken up early to run some errands and now all he could feel was the exhaustion setting in, causing his shoulders to fall and a headache to form.
Which, was why Remus had decided to go on a walk to a nearby park to try and get some fresh air. A walk would do him some good, and it would keep him from going back into the spiral of notebooks that had piled up on his desk. He’d arrived there, and began walking, going along the path and just taking a deep breath as he allowed himself a moment to get out of his head.
He’d closed his eyes for what felt like only a moment, and then suddenly he was crashing into someone, stumbling and quickly reaching out for whoever it was that he’d crashed into to keep them from falling. “Sorry,” He stated out quickly, eyes flying open to see who exactly he’d managed to crash into this time.
