------- dean’s mentoring strategy was especially one on one. so he didn’t mind taking the young heroes out on the town and showing them a good time. the man knew that what made him a good mentor was that he was good at identifying with the students and that as an actual teacher he was sometimes lacking. so he made up for it by leaning on his strengths rather than his weaknesses. “after this you can go ‘head and tell everybody that i’m your favorite.” dean said with a teasing grin and a hearty pat on dane’s back. sonoran’s second thought was cut by the sound of gunfire from a small distance. 

              “looks like our little lunch break is over.” with that he rolled his eyes so hard he could almost see his own brain.
