A really nice loverly condition early (95’) Vw T4 2.4 non turbo in today for tuning. This one has had a turbo conversion undertaken, and all done really well with the customer doing a fab job of the work involved. Tuning wise of course these don’t have a ecu so it’s good old fashioned mechanical setting up and fine tuning while using the maha rolling road. Once we have a base run and we put the vehicle into service mode we can set about adjusting the fuel, the turbo actuator and tickover. After several small adjustments and getting the fueling and boost set just right we end up with 93.6bhp and 191nm torque. Up from 74bhp and 153nm.
