would anyone ever try to hurt bunny or steal them to get to agatha? does agatha have maximum security to protect bun at the house? what if they get them while they're out? does bunbun have a chip or would aggs have to track the bad guys down with nats help? would agatha get them back and kiss their paws after having the most stressful time of her life? I've been obsessing over your fics again if you cant tell lol sorry!
never apologize for widow au questions 😤
i do think it would cross someone's mind to try and steal bunny, but agatha has maximum security in her home, not only because she's paranoid but because her most valuable possession (bunny) to her is inside. if they do manage to get bunny while they're out, bunny's chipped and does have a tracking device in each collar she has (it's only practical tbh). depending on how far away/guarded bunny is agatha might forgo asking for help simply because she's so fucking pissed
and she's allll over bunny the second she gets her back; kissing her lil paws, kissing her hair, kissing her lil cheeks. agatha refuses to let bunny leave her arms for nearly a month; she takes off work for a bit just to have some time to readjust and put them both a little more at ease. she doesn't chastise bunny for breaking posture to nuzzle at her legs to ask to be picked up from the floor, she lets bunny snuggle her as much as she wants in bed.
can we see the next few days of nats return with clingy, quiet, cuddly baby(pubby) who whines and starts crying if natty leave?

Sometimes being without Natasha hits you particularly hard.
It’s not that you didn’t enjoy spending time at Agatha’s house despite all the different rules, but it was just so different.
It doesn’t have the same warm feeling to it that Natasha’s home does. There’s no teasing or playful banter between the staff and Agatha’s not mean to you per se, but she’s definitely not enamored by the attention you shower her with.
By day four, the homesickness overwhelms you. Agatha finds you sniffling under the couch and when you don’t respond to her holding and trying to soothe you, she calls Natasha. The second you hear her voice, you let out a high-pitched, mournful whine that has Natasha concerned in an instant.
She’s at Agatha’s door before the sun’s had time to set and you nuzzle into her, wanting to be as close as possible. Natasha coos gently in your ear, holding you tight until your muffled whines fade and you peek up at her through your lashes.
“Hi, babygirl.” She croons.
When you get home, she kisses away the aching in your heart and you fall asleep in her arms.
The next few days are difficult.
You panic a bit whenever she moves to go anywhere, sometimes laying in her lap to stop her and she has to reassure you she’ll be right back or take you with her.
Instead of making yourself comfortable in your pet bed in her office, you lie by her feet, head resting against her ankle.
It’s...a bit much to be truthful, but Natasha coddles you all the same
Natasha is at a park with puppy and while shes distracted, someone tries to take puppy away by giving them food or a toy, Nat or/and maids react, and puppy is just totally oblivious to everything
You’re sitting in the passenger seat, tongue lolling as you stick your head out the window.
“Why did I have to sit in the back?” Ana yells over the wind as Natasha drives.
“She got here first.” Natasha explains simply.
You snap your teeth playfully at passing cars and Natasha edges the window up as you lean a bit too far out. “Puppy, sit.”
By the time you all make it to the park, your hair is a tousled mess and your mouth is dried out.
Natasha insists on fixing your hair before you get out of the car and gets a brush from the bag that she takes whenever you leave the house. You sip from a water bottle Ana holds for you while Natasha untangles the knots.
“There, perfect.” Natasha pecks your lips. “Stay.” She rounds the car, opening the door and clipping on your leash.
She lowers you to the ground while Ana gets out of the car with the bag on her shoulder.
The park is nearing crowded with all the pets their owners taking advantage of such warm weather.
Natasha elects to sit on a secluded bench in the shade.
“Play nice, puppy.” She tells you as she lets you loose.
You scamper over to the nearest pet. She bats at you with a paw; a kitten. You chase her through the park, darting around other pets and falling to the ground when she suddenly turns and pounces on you.
The two of you play until the kitten’s owner calls her back. You follow her to the entrance, still trying to nudge her into another game of chase.
“Aren’t you just a precious little thing?”
You look around as the kitten leaves with her owner. A woman comes over with a friendly smile on her face.
“Do you want a treat, little one?”
She coaxes you back into the one of the seating areas, letting you eat the cookie out of her hand as she brings a leash out of her pocket.
There’s a soft, distinct click and you cock your head. Was she a friend of Natasha’s?
The woman stands, brushing herself off and you follow her curiously as she heads for the exit.
You stop, looking back towards where you last saw Natasha and Ana. Did they already leave?
A firm tug pulls at your neck and you take another step forward.
“Puppy, come.”
Natasha and Ana come out of nowhere and you pull at the lead, trying to reach her, but the women holds firm.
“I’m sorry, you must be mistaken. She’s mine.”
Natasha sneers as Ana unclips the lead and you scamper back to Natasha. “Do you think I’m stupid? Get the hell out of here.”
The women leaves with an affronted glare and Ana gives you a stern look.
Could we see Nat having a friend come over with their new pet and puppy getting jealous of the attention Nat is giving said pet and then Nat dealing with/reassuring puppy who is angry and cold with Nat afterwards?
“She’s adorable.” Natasha scratches the kitten behind the ear and she trills lowly, leaning into her hand.
“You’re a pretty little thing, aren’t you?” Natasha croons.
You bristle, glancing up at Natasha and laying your head back down with a grumble.
Peggy and her new kitten have been at the house for nearing half an hour now and Natasha’s spent almost the entire time fawning over her. You’re not used to sharing Natasha’s attention, especially when it comes to other pets.
When the kitten lies next to you, batting playfully at your hair, you get up and settle on the other side of Natasha’s feet.
“Puppy.” Natasha scolds and you glare up at her.
Peggy laughs. “We better get going. You look like you’ve got your hands full there.”
You stay put as Natasha escorts them to the door and make a point to wait until she’s back in the room so she sees you crawling under the couch to sulk.
“Puppy, come on, it’s not that big of a deal.”
Natasha has to bite her lip to stop herself from smiling at the angry rumble that comes from under the couch.
“Hey, that’s enough.” Natasha lays on her stomach to see you better, reaching out an arm to touch you.
You turn away, shifting closer to the back wall.
“Honey, come here. It’s alright.”
She has to do an awkward side shuffle to get close enough to brush your shoulder.
“Puppy, it’s ok. Come here, sweet girl.”
A moment passes, then a hand snags your ankle. You yelp as Natasha drags you out, grabbing your other ankle to stop your squirming.
She lets go when she’s pulled you completely out into the open and you turn onto your back with a cross expression.
“Aww, baby.” She coos, dropping on her elbows to pepper your face with kisses while you whine, trying to push her away.
“You know you’re my favorite, sweetheart, don’t you? My good girl.”
You surrender to her barrage of kisses, opening an eye when she finally stops.
Natasha grins, holds your jaw firm as she leans in to kiss you languidly. A shiver ripples through your body as her tongue licks into your mouth.
It takes you a second to open your eyes when she pulls away, still impossibly close.
“There’s no need to get jealous, puppy. I love you. Now, let’s go take a bath, alright?”
Ok, but imagine that someone Nat cares about (like one of the few people she REALLY cares about) dislikes her pet for whatever reason (maybe they're jealous of how much she seems to like r), and in front of Nat they tolerate r, but when Nat's not around they're straight up mean and treat r like shit, until one day Nat catches them mistreating r and basically kicks them out because r is more important for her

Everything is normal at first.
Natasha introduces you to someone new, a woman named Elena. She greets her much more affectionately than she does most people; a long hug and genuine smile.
Natasha seems excited to introduce you to her, tugging you over by your collar.
You greet Elena politely and she pats your head.
Natasha motions for you to climb up on the couch, pulling you to lie your head in her lap as the two launch into conversation.
They seem to be old friends; Natasha’s much more animated than usual talking to Elena, laughing freely and relaxed back into the sofa.
Elena glances towards you every now and then, watching the shifts of Natasha’s hand from your head down to your hip.
“I never thought you’d be the type for a pet, Nat.”
Natasha smiles down at you affectionately and you nuzzle into her leg. “It was sort of Steve’s idea. She brings more life to the house.”
“I thought pets were a waste of time.”
Natasha’s eyes flicker back up at the edge of contempt in her voice.
“I changed my mind. Clearly.”
“Sorry, it’s just kind of weird, y’know? The Nat I know would never even think about getting a pet.” Elena smiles and the tension in the room eases.
“Well it’s been a long time since you’ve seen me. How long are you in town?”
You accompany Natasha and Elena to dinner, meetings and just general social calls for a few days before anything changes.
Elena stops greeting you whenever the three of you meet together. At first you assume it’s because she’s just gotten used to your general presence.
But one day Natasha leaves the room to take a call and leaves you the both of you waiting for what feels like an hour. Restless, you slip under the table to nudge at her leg playfully, looking up with bright eyes.
“Don’t touch me.”
The frigid tone catches you off guard and you blink.
“What?” She says irritably at your confused stare.
“Sorry. Where were we?” Natasha walks back into the room and you give Elena one last puzzled look before heading back to your owner.
Things escalate quickly from there.
Elena makes a point to cut in front of you when you both make to follow Natasha out of a room, to the point where she’ll check you with a leg if you don’t get out of the way.
“Move!” She hisses under her breath, not even sparing you a glance.
She goes out of her way to be condescending, using a tone so sugary it could only be insincere when she does elect to speak to you.
You start getting irritable when you see her at the door and the two of you exchange sour glances behind Natasha’s back.
When you can, you make a point to be in Natasha’s lap, making noises of contentment while she pets you.
It’s when she nearly steps on your hand trying to move ahead of you again that you snap.
Your teeth close around her ankle and Natasha whirls around at the sound of her shriek.
You let go instantly when Natasha pulls you back by the collar, sitting back calmly on your heels.
“What the fuck is wrong with you!” Elena spits, glaring at you.
Natasha instinctively puts herself between the two of you and this seems to enrage Elena even more.
“Aren’t you going to do something? The animal just fucking bit me!”
If any concern was showing on Natasha’s face, it leaves as she stands straighter and takes a step forward.
“Are you going to tell me why she bit you?”
“What do you mean why she bit me?” A sneer crosses her face and Natasha’s eyes narrow.
“She’s very well-trained, Elena. You should know that considering she’s mine. She doesn’t act out like that for no reason.”
“Natasha, are you really going to accuse me of what I think you’re going to?”
“You think I haven’t noticed that she doesn’t like being around you? There’s clearly more to that than I thought.”
“Natasha we’ve kn—”
“Don’t. Go.”
“Excuse me?”
“I said get out. Now.”
The incredulous look on Elena’s face brings a fierce satisfaction to your heart as she turns to leave, slamming the door behind her.
Natasha sighs, crouching down next to you.
“You okay, puppy?”
You nuzzle her reassuringly, making a happy sound as she kisses the top of your head.
“Let’s go see how the girls are doing with dinner. I guess there’s more food for you now that she’s gone.”
Natasha pats her thigh and you follow eagerly, bumping her legs as you follow.
omg!!!! and then and then puppy can't sleep because she's scared that when she closes her eyes nat will abandon her and so she decides to lay on top of nat so she can't move AND because puppy needs to feel nat as much as she can.
so all through the night till sunrise puppy us quietly whimpering and nat is cooing at her and petting her.
eventually exhaustion from crying and not sleeping well (since puppy has been sleeping in her kennel and she sleeps the best when she's in bed with nat) gets to puppy and she falls asleep on top of nat. as soon as it happens nat realizes that she won't be able to move at all and she honestly doesn't mind as much, she just wants to lay with puppy and make up for ignoring her.
after, the girls go to check on them because they haven't come out and there's no noise coming from nat's room and they find them both asleep and decide that they look too cute so they don't wake them until noon.
