Just finished Slay the Princess and…wow, what a game. It really lives up to the hype, and it’s true to its word.

“It’s a Love Story.”

If you’ve considered buying it, it’s completely worth it, it’s horrifying and funny and heartbreaking, the writing and narration is phenomenal, and I don’t think I’ve ever played a game like it before.

Saying that, I’m serious when I say I just kept thinking of Signalis by the end. It’s horror, gory, meant to be upsetting at times…but it is a love story underneath it all.

I don’t want to spoil things cause it’s really worth going in blind, so yeah, just play it.
