UPDATE: I knew complaining online would fix it. I turned off fast boot in the BIOS settings and it works now. Leaving this here in case someone else gets the issue.

Okay, my Wacom is not working for now I guess.

😂😭 Is it the out of date and no longer supported windows 10 or maybe it's old worn down cables, who knows. The tablet won't recognize it's been plugged in as a display and shuts off no matter how I connect it (tried display port 1-3 and HDMI) Not sure what changed in the last 12 hours...

But okay. 😥

I have an old school non screen one so I'll get by with that for now but I'm pretty bummed. That's going to take some practice to get the hand/eye coordination back.

And I did update my drivers and restarted. Gonna try rebooting in safe mode next.

Has anyone else dealt with this lately?

Is your Wacom doing that annoying circle thing? Here’s how to fix it

Have you recently had to do a complete reinstall or update of Windows and now your Wacom is doing this stupid thing where at the beginning of a stroke there’s this stupid circle thing that completely messes everything up? And you’ve gone into Pen & Touch to try to find the settings, and they’re completely different now than what they were in all the other tutorials online? And you’ve changed all the settings you can and rebooted a billion times and it’s still doing it and you’re pretty sure you can see through dimensions now you’re so angry? Here’s how to fix it. You’re gonna wanna open the Registry Editor. Press Windows Key and R to open up the Run dialogue. Type regedit and press Enter. It’ll whine about making changes to the computer or whatever, and you’re damn right you want to. Navigate through to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch

find the value named TouchMode_hold and open it up by double-clicking it. Change its value to 0. It looks like this:

Then, you wanna go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wisp\Pen\SysEventParameters - it’s found by expanding the “Pen” folder inside Microsoft Wisp. Click on the SysEventParameters folder to open it up. It looks like this:

Open up the HoldMode parameter. Change its value to 3. Reboot. Weep. I suffered for actual hours trying to figure this out so you don’t have to. Reblog for art buddies.

Okay my problem is this:  I want to move my object/layer clicking ctrl + mouse/pen. So, I’m going to try this here, since the wacom company doesn’t seem to be able to help me.

I’ve had issues with my tablet while installing the new driver, and this is always what I get. yes, I already uninstalled all the other Wacom or Tablet programs, and still, it doesn’t work. I’m very frustrated tbh. 

If someone had the same issue, please contact me and help me, I’m desperate.

I finally got my laptop back but now I can’t seem to draw because my pen won’t work with the screen. 

I just got the screen repaired, I have an Asus and a Bamboo Ink pen. It says it's connected and I can open up sticky notes by double-tapping the button on the top, but I can’t draw or click anything on the screen. 

I have had no help at all looking through the internet for solutions does anyone know anything that might help? My touch screen is working fine (with my fingers) it just isn’t working with the pen.

Update

Soooo.....

The computer tablet I've been using doesn't want to charge anymore...so I cant work on stuff as easily as before. I'm gonna try to contact Wacom because its definitely less than a year old.

I got most of the needed data saved on to my SD card but it'll take me a bit to get used to using my regular computer and tablet again.

On top of that I'm trying to get back in to working out again. So on days where I'm at the gym it's highly likely that I won't have time to draw much after work.

It's almost my birthday and I want to get some of my priorities in order. Anyway, thank you for your patience and I hope you have a great day!
