A class assignment I completed last week! We had to do a diptych portrait series. One had to be a close up and the other had to be a full body. The goal of the assignment was to show contrasting personalities of the same person.
It was fun. Mine depicts my friend Stefan. He has a very serious online persona as a mysterious graphic designer. In reality, he’s a total dweeby goofball (but still awesome!!!)

I have an old Wacom Bamboo Create (CTH670)
Are there any available drivers for this? I tried looking on their website, but I can't find it???????

FYI to all Wacom users - anyone with a Cintiq 21UX or any of the older tablets!
They updated their drivers, and as of right now, the newer version does not recognize my 21UX. My original driver just went poof in the middle of a project, my pen refused to work, and when I installed the updated one...it decided my tablet did not exist despite being plugged into my computer.
(I have some extenuating circumstances as I'm using an extension hookup cable because the tablet and my puter are on opposite sides of my desk hutch.)
So my tablet won't work. No pen recognition, nothing.
Apparently Wacom decided to cut service for the 21UX and probably a few other older models. I'm having to hunt down the legacy drivers to make my tablet workable again.
If this doesn't work, I'm gonna replace this 10+ year-old device that worked perfectly up until now. I'm seriously considering an upgrade through Huion instead of Wacom. They're a very nice Wacom alternative at about half the price of a Wacom-equivalent device, and reviews seem to be pretty happy about their pen displays. I already know which one I want to get...
My techie friend found a few Reddit threads on the topic, so it's not just me. Quite a few people are upset at this.
Just putting out the alert here if anyone had their older tablet suddenly become just a monitor with no pen recognition. If I see any really good posts turn up on Tumblr about this with links, I'll reblog it as a resource for anyone else like me out there.

I'm going to be working towards some actual goals this year, that I sort of started on late last year. One of those involves trying to get my own small/hobby business going properly.
Part of that is going to include creating my own original designs for things. As such, I got myself a little Christmas present at a crazy awesome price: a Wacom One Creative Pen Display tablet.
I've not used a drawing tablet before, and it has been a very, very long time since I've properly done art (pretty much haven't done anything serious since high school....). I've been trying my best to overcome my inherent fear/imposter syndrome when it comes to actually using the tablet, and I've managed to try it out a bit so far.
Mostly, I've been trying out the freeware program Krita, and I've got a 3 month free subscription to Clip Studio Paint (thanks to the purchase of the wacom).
I have a new-found respect (though I have always respected artists!) for digital artists. This shit is hard! I'm also crazy rusty in general art skills anyway, so it's a hell of a learning curve at the moment.
Anyway. All this is to say, that if anyone out there has any advice/tips/tricks about digital art I would GREATLY appreciate it if you could shoot me a message! I've been looking at youtube tutorials etc, and it is all a bit overwhelming to be honest.

DRIVER NOT FOUND + Pressure Sensitivity not working
Anyone here experienced these kinds of issues with their wacom tablets? I badly need help because I have to paint like asap. It was working fine the other day. I was painting then i had to do an errand so i left my computer and when i came back it was on sleep mode then when i accessed my painting in Photosop cs5, pressure sensitivity suddenly stopped working. I tried it on sai and it worked. My model is a Wacom Intuos Draw btw. So i disregarded the issue and shut my comp off (thinking that i'll just finish it tomorrow). When i opened my pc the next day pressure sensitivity didn't work anymore on both sai and ps. I tried everything i've found in the internet such as uninstalling and installing latest drivers, restarting the services, restarting my comp, changing the nib, yet i still cant paint! It keeps saying driver not found please help me i am really frustrated with this issue. 😭
