all the wage fixing news surrounding the animation industry (and favorite studios, at that!) is enormously disappointing and disheartening, and i'm just pretty depressed thinking about all these artists and animators being undervalued by the people running said studios. it's bad enough that a lot of the world doesn't seem to understand the effort it take to make animated movies or art in general, but not even being valued within your own industry!? god, that's terrible.

...but then at the same time as all that scandal, there's that randy queen ridiculousness happening with escher girls  and the bigger the story gets the more he hates it and the hilariousness of it all is just fueling me right now, tbh.

This will affect you the most down the road whether you want it or not.
