Taco Tuesday! Steak tacos made with guacamole, red onion, lime, cheese and cilantro on a flour tortilla tonight! Good eats. I had two beef cuts tonight. One was a Wagyu sirloin from @papavalleywagyu that was sliced thin and the other was skirt steak from a Belted Galloway. Both were marinated in orange & lime juice, garlic, evoo, and @albukirkybbq Casa Seasoning for about an hour. The sautéed bell peppers and onion were for @shortty34 ’s taco bowl.
