This was in Lovers mode. The Plaguebearer and SK were lovers and was going to win for sure, since they were Pestilence, and there was only a doctor and pirate left. But Pestilence wanted a solo win for some reason, and killed their lover. The remaining pirate and doc then voted them up, and town won, even though they originally had no chance to.
Crazy game.

It’s really strange how, when I was younger, birthdays were basically the biggest fucking thing ever. Like, regardless of if it was my birthday or my friend’s super kick-ass party at Boondocks in Meridian (I think it’s called Wahooz now. God, I feel old), they were always such a big deal. I remember days of eating pizza, playing laser tag with my friend and basically ganging up on my brother like the jerks we were, and just having a blast.
Now, I’m a lot older and my birthday is in about three weeks, and I don’t even fucking care anymore. To me, a birthday is just a day, now. My family is pretty insistent that I do something even semi-big for it, considering how in my race and culture, the age I’m about to become is a bit of a big deal. But I’ve never been one for big things anyway. I’d settle for eating at Outback Steakhouse and calling it a celebration.
It’s just odd how I don’t care about much anymore. Oh, well. That’s life.
