Gah well first of all I have this headcanon that they would get married in Las Vegas so :| he would probably joke about that and be like 'no we're not marrying again I mean we're already married right?' and then he would wait until she least expects it and propose her. He wouldn't do anything big, just the typical stuff, but he would definitely try to take her by surprise.

karaoke.

Mike is actually rather good at singing and, as soon as everyone in the house finds out about it, they normally try to make him randomly sing or drag him to karaoke parties. At first, he shows himself reluctant because she's never been used to singing in public or something, but he sees the appeal of it when the guys take turns to join him in duets since that's the only way he'll agree to sing something.
