Oh, honey.
My waist-training does not mean I have a problem with myself. It means you have a problem with other people improving themselves.

Omy, I just bought a new corset - it’s an off the rack one, but it got very very good reviews. Can’t wait till it arrives - I will season it and then plan on starting my waist-training journey!!
Day 6
So I've actually been alternating this waist training thing to about every other day to every two days. I wanted to do every day but I realized that unless I'm going to be doing nothing for a full hour (which I thought I would be doing more often) it's hard... Hard to sit down, hard to reach things low on the ground even when I bend my knees, hard to fucking breathe when I have gas...that being said, I love the way my body looks with it on and now I'm even more motivated to actually get my body to that state. It's just gonna take some time. Oh yeah, the corset as a whole has a distinct smell of rubber so I recommend washing it before or after first use

submission on waist training/corsetting
Tightlacing, and especially waist training, are gradual processes that involve slowly reshaping your body. Pain is usually an indication that you are lacing in too fast, smaller than your body is currently ok with, your corset isn’t fitted well enough, you ate or drank too much before lacing, or something else. Its a sign to stop and figure out what is wrong.
Now if pain is part of the appeal to you or you like being temporarily laced overly (even painfully) tight for sex that is something different. I’ve heard it called “crush lacing” to differentiate it from tightlacing and waist training. If you want to try that I urge you to be careful and listen to your body so that you don’t hurt yourself.
----------- Thank you for this great bit of advice! I'd be waist-training using corsets to have more of an hourglass, and yes it would be a very gradual thing. :) I don't want to put any more strain on my body than necessary, and pain isn't really part of the appeal of it to me. I did go thru a phase where I was really into pain as a sexual thing (and I still am to a degree), but I'm much lesser so now because there's a mental association between that nature of pain and a bad relationship. I don't think I can even imagine wearing a super tight corset during sex.. eeeeh. I see the appeal, but I'm not ready for that aha. I just think it would be super cute to have hella hips and a booty, with a little waist. :3 I also like the idea of wearing a corset under my work clothes without anyone knowing, or just out and about for no reason~ I'm really trying to be more gentle to myself, so when I do start waist-training I'll definitely do it right.
