Foamiran flowers are special kind of flowers made using foamiran sheets(Which are 0.8mm thick), sheets have been made in Iran so the name FoamIran, So what are you waiting for ? In this workshop students will learn how to to, 1 Different techniques of mixed media and foamiran flowers 2.Detailed discussion and demonstration about Mixed Media products like different kinds of texture paste(modelling paste) , gesso , color sprays, mdf cutouts, metal charms,die cuts,laces, etc. 3. How to make your own handmade foamiran flowers from foamiran sheets , We will cover 2 techniques of making them. 4. How to do stamping ,stenciling and distressing over canvas frame. BASICS OF EMBROIDERY STITCHES About the workshop Learning to embroider is not as tough as you might think! With a bit of practice, you'll get it down in no time. Plus, embroidery is a nice relaxing thing to do after a long day if you're a lover of crafting, hand embroidery stitches are fun, and with practice, can become quite easy. Participants will learn: Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn colour. Some of the basic techniques or stitches of the earliest embroidery are chain stitch, buttonhole or blanket stitch, running stitch, satin stitch, cross stitch. Those stitches remain the fundamental techniques of hand embroidery today. Participants will get Embroidery hoop - this is a ring consisting of two parts. Small, sharp scissors. 1 Cotton sample piece 1 Cotton Fabric Piece Needle threader Embroidery needles. Anchor Threads Age: Open for all ages above 8 years. Beginners are welcome.
