BACK IN TIME: LADY GAGA IN WALDRIP F/W14 BLAZER

On June 19, 2014 Lady Gaga and crooner Tony Bennett were interviewed together for the “Cheek To Cheek”. Behind The Curtain with LG special where Gaga was wearing this beaaauuuutiful eye-catching suit.. Watch it here!

Gaga captivated with her impeccable sense of style as she donned a striking piece from Waldrip's Fall/Winter 2014 collection. 

The focal point of her ensemble was a meticulously crafted tailored black moiré silk blazer, adorned with elegant notched lapels.

She also wore this vintage unsigned princess-style crystal collar necklace.

For the documentary, she changed into this Stéphane Rolland Spring/Summer 2013 black taffeta jacket with voluminious ruffles. Of course, since she’s Lady Gaga, she decided to make it her own by wearing it off-the-shoulder!

BACK IN TIME: LADY GAGA IN WALDRIP, MATHIEU MIRANO, SAINT LAURENT & MORDEKAI

On her first post-hip surgery pictures shot by Terry Richardson during a private event in New York City on March 11, 2013 we can see that Lady Gaga still maintained to look absolutely fashionable while being coveted to her custom Mordekai 24-karat gold wheelchair.

Let’s talk about the outfit first. Lady Gaga wears blush long sleeve wrap gown from Waldrip’s Fall/Winter 2013 collection, with matching Mathieu Mirano Fall/Winter 2013 fur cropped jacket. 

Waldrip collections are designed by Manhattan-based Colombian American designer, Stephanie Waldrip. The ready-to-wear label is headquartered in New York City and all production take place in the heart of the Manhattan fashion district. 

New York-born Mathieu Mirano is one of the youngest designers showing at New York Fashion Week. His Fall/Winter 2013 collection, that is “all about classic silhouettes executed in a new way”, was also his third collection.

Her comfortable shoes are the Saint Laurent bi-color perforated leather lace-up brogues.

Waldrip ‘Wool Top with Mock Collar’ - $325.00

I don’t really have much to say about Taylor’s conservative-looking high-neck top from Waldrip. It kind of feels like a ‘came out of nowhere’ silhouette that generally isn’t the norm for girly Taylor. In that sense, it reminds me of Taylor’s all-black Stella McCartney look from last May — which was another case of abnormal silhouette for Taylor.
