What a treat to experience the fine dining of @mabin.eatery yesterday evening at their new Supper Club. Scroll through my photos of the 5 tasty courses we devoured; Brushetta si Caponata & Spiced nuts, Summer Frittata with Salsa Rubra and Garden Salad, Slow Cooked Curried Mutton, New Potatoes with Seasonal Greens and Garlic Chilli Butter, Caramel and Nut Biscuit Tiffin with Strawberry Compote and Hung Yoghurt, and as a finale, Tomino with Oat Crumb and Welsh Honey. It’s not a restaurant takeaway service, it’s something a bit more special and collaborative than that as all dishes needed either simple final preparation or plating up, which was creative and fun! Each course was paired with a perfect drink suggestion, it had all the elegance of a fine dining experience. The best bit (apart from the textures and flavours), was knowing the chefs who had created such wonderful food sourced all their high quality ingredients from local producers and growers.
