MORNING THOUGHTS:
Try to practice only speaking when it truly matters. Practice not speaking as much, until you are needed. Practice holding your tongue from useless debate because most times, people don't know WTF they talkin about anyway ( no, really..& I'm apart of "some people")
Try to practice speaking, only if you feel it's helpful, only if it comes from a loving place. Try to practice, starting with your own thoughts and self-talk.
And before you speak or offer advice, ask yourself : is it hurtful? is this my opinion or a fact? (b/c an opinion shouldn't be imposed)
.....Did they even ask for your advice? (sometimes, when we are being spoken to, it probably doesn't mean we should offer up our thoughts)
Another thing, I've been learning: Not everyone interprets language the same. Some people are more sensitive. Some people are more brute. Some people are illiterate. Some people are straight analytical. Speak accordingly.
