In 2016, he started his title defense with a flurry, sweeping the first three rounds. Then came a huge first-turn crash at round four, but Walker picked himself up and salvaged fifth. He again tallied 7 wins in 13 races to grab his second-straight title on his AmPro/Yamaha YFZ450R. It’s a dynasty in the making—a dynasty that seems powered by destiny.
