Week 30, Day 3: Post-lunch walk
Week 30, Day 3: Post-lunch walk
I spent the morning finishing a book, and ended up postponing my walk till after lunch.
By then, I had completed some office work as well, and was free of work-related concerns.

Having spent the early morning preparing for a class later in the day, I postponed my walking session.
At work, I realized there was a small window of opportunity- exactly thirty minutes- between two activities.
Sensing another opportunity may not present itself till evening, I proceeded to conclude my session at work.

Having been engrossed in reading, I missed my morning walking session today.
I decided to squeeze time for my walk while at work, and prepared accordingly.
Finding that I had a 30 minute window of opportunity between one activity and another, I proceeded to an empty hall and concluded my walking session.

I started my volunteer work today at the hospital. It's absolutely fantastic. What's even better is I walk about 40 minutes every day, some of it up and down stairs. I'm excited for the extra calorie burnin'.
But oh man. It's really awesome work.
