I mostly post fandom content on my blog, but I will post every now and again about my recovery since this surgery is a major thing right now. I’ve still got a ways to go in recovery and healing. There are frustrating moments with it, but most of the time I deal with it okay. I also wished I kept up with my upper body workouts before surgery because I didn’t realise how much I would need it to use a walking frame. I would suggest that if you’re in my situation needing foot surgery and you can to build up upper body strength says the idiot who wishes she did this before hand. It probably would have made this easier for me.
