Octopus Invasion, by Maël Ollivier-Henry, via ArtStation.
natgeo With @JenniferHayesig An octopus carries a shell as it walks along the sand bottom of Anilao, Philippines. The octopus will carry its mobile shelter where ever it goes until it is stolen by a larger more aggressive octopus. We have watched octopus battles rage for several minutes over a shoe, tin can and empty shells. We recognize and celebrate World Oceans this week. The ocean produces more than half of our oxygen and absorbs carbon dioxide. Our health and welfare is inseparable from the sea.
The octopus of Cidri can walk on land and wield human weapons. (Orb Quest, Metagaming, 1982)
