“It’s just a cut, it’ll heal up.”
Kiah knew that Amora was referring to his head wound, but he didn’t care and didn’t bother hiding the fact. He raised a paw up and pressed it against the wound.
When he looked back at his paw, it was moist with blood.
“This is fine. If I put pressure on it, it should heal back up, right? I’d honestly rather not ask Dr. Carter to look at it, but if you’ve got a better idea, shoot.”
