IN CASE YOU DID NOT ALREADY KNOW, I LOVE HISTORY. IT IS THE BEST THING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD TO ME. I HAVE A BACHELORS AND A MASTERS IN THE SUBJECT. I OWN HUNDREDS OF BOOKS ON ALL SORTS OF ERAS. I USED TO WEAR PERIOD CLOTHING AND RIDE A RESTORED 1920S BICYCLE TO EVENTS AS A SMOL CHILD. HONESTLY THERE IS NOTHING I ADORE MORE IN THIS WORLD THAN HISTORY.

SO, TO FIND A BLOG THAT CONTAINS HISTORICAL STUFF? YES PLEASE. I WILL FOLLOW UNTIL THE END OF TIME. LAW TOO? I HAVE AN A-LEVEL IN LAW AND KNOW ABOUT AS MUCH AS A BRITISH MAGISTRATE. LAW IS FASCINATING, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE REAL ODD CASES COME UP WHERE NEW AND VERY SPECIFIC LEGISLATION HAS HAD TO BE PASSED BECAUSE NOTHING QUITE LIKE IT HAS EVER BEEN SEEN IN COURT BEFORE. 

ALSO BRITAIN HAS A THING ABOUT KEEPING REALLY WEIRD ACTS FROM CENTURIES AGO BECAUSE GOD BLESS GREAT BRITAIN I GUESS? OK?

YOU ALSO HELPED ME OUT SO MUCH WHEN I HAD TO START FIVE’S BLOG UP AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT, EVER. Have you ever read the regeneration trilogy?

I haven’t! I don’t typically read war novels (with the exception of the classics) but I’m definitely open to them! Would you recommend I read that series? And if so, what about the series do you enjoy?

I always smile whenever I manage to spot you on the dash , it's like a ray of sunshine in the dead of winter.

You dabble in so much history and literature and every post just fuels my addiction to both.

not soothing necessarily, but i tend to tune it out, so not distracting either. it’s somewhere in the middle.

10. Tell the weirdest, most random fact you know.

the reason Jane Eyre receives a vision of mr Rochester is, it is theorised, a result of Charlotte Brontë’s interest and involvement with the mesmerism-movement, which is why she always claimed that it was not a magical metaphor, but truly happened in the book.
