European Championship 2019 What a week!! Up at 5:45am every day and back home at 19:00, more pads and training, food, bed. But what a fantastic time, Team England have come away with 10 medals 🏅 It has been an absolute pleasure helping the team and working with such amazing athletes and people. Win, Loss, medal or not you guys rock and I am proud to be part of the squad. Lots of positives can be taken from this this trip, but we have a lot of work to do in preparation for the Worlds to make improvements. It has been great to work with the women’s team as well as the males. @jodoyle_mma is doing a fantastic job with the ladies and I hope to have the opportunity to keep supporting her. It was great to hang and corner with my SBG Bradford and SBG Manchester/Rochdale team mates. As a coach, it has been great to see Jo and @jamesdoylemma develop as coaches, to see @jacktemple_mma get the chance to represent his country was amazing, I am very proud of him. #IMMAF @IMMAFed has given me the best and worst thing in the world. Hugging my wife before she heads in to the cage to fight is the best/worst experience ever. @mariespencer2809 is an absolute warrior, seeing her win was my highlight of the tournament❤️. Great job guys It was nice to spend some time with the Welsh team ... @chrisreescoach is doing amazing things with the team.
