I drew it myself. Forgot to post it here.

The point of the art is that the Wall Monster has replaced all of Johnny's past memories.

Johnny doesn't remember his life before the Wall Monster.

And in fact, the Wall monster controls Johnny, forcing him to sacrifice human blood to him.

That's about what I was trying to convey through this drawing.
