i mean for me it's always between 3-7 i always always start to crash no matter what and a lot of times i end up taking quick little cat naps (or longer if i don't have to work)

but like it's too early to sleep but kinda late to nap?? it's awkward... and all i've done today is sit at home /D i shouldn't even be tired!
