Although you need to take my word for it today because the weather was wet I was in Stevens house and gardens working out on the monkey bars doing mostly pullups all in all about 20 repetitions of about three and four each to my absolute point of exhaustion. But whenever I train I do so to my point of Failure. This way I always know I’m doing my best whatever day however I feel. From my way of thinking it is important to exercise right up and if possible beyond your last maximum to make the serious gains. But as a word of caution especially when you get to middle age to make sure the core is tight and you don’t harm your back that can be so easily achieved with the wrong posture. On purpose I didn’t complete a full handstand even though I walked up and down the wall. This wall plank is amongst the toughest of all core exercises that I know of and it takes a lot of of energy in fact a tremendous amount of energy and fatigue can come very easily and often too soon that is what I call the failure point where anything after injury can occur if you are not careful. #handstand #handstandpractice #handstandplank #wallwalking #energydepleting #failure #fitnessfailure #fitnesssuccess #redefineyourimpossible https://www.instagram.com/p/B1PGnMsDMb_/?igshid=cr4d1p6rg625
