These are my favourite paintings
I love the use of contrast between light and dark. It adds a moody atmosphere that I think makes these paintings feel very intriguing and almost sombre.

I also really like the brushstrokes used by this artist here. I love how the image comes together. These were painted upside-down, which lets you more easily paint what you actually see rather than what your mind thinks it knows.
