it’s right after you shower before bed. when you stand by the sink, hair still a little wet from the shower you just had, clad in one of his t-shirts. you’re either brushing your teeth or singing while you do some intricate skin care ritual he doesn’t understand, but he always stands by the door with a contained smile, wondering about how he lucked out.

walter is not the overtly jealous type. he trusts you and knows you would never cheat on him, but he won’t deny that sometimes it does get to him when he sees a guy staring at you too hard, or when some dude is brave enough to hit on you right in front of him. you know he’s annoyed when he stands a little too close to you, or when he puts his hand on your thigh, rubbing it absentmindedly.

progress chapter 62 - fear no more, come to dust: WALTER vs timothy thatcher for the atlas championship ↳ i've gushed about this match around here several times before. it's my comfort match. i love how it’s the perfect example of mat and chain wrestling, and how well tim and walter work together. i love how they play with psychology in it, tim, even though he is older, sees walter as his leader but is still worthy enough to fight for walter’s atlas title. they don’t hold back, they are wrestlers first and stable mates second. it's beautiful to see two best friends and stable mates beating one another to death, and how much they still respect each other in the end.
