If you are using an android device you can check SphereTones and SoundBow apps where you can generate sounds, they are monotonous but you can change the tones and rhythm the way you want! It might help, I’m having similar problems as well, William Basinski’s watermusic or James Plotkin’s music can be helpful if you have troubles with falling asleep. (At least they helped me a lot!)
