First of all, that was a sweeping statement, one which, especially if you aren't Jewish, really bothers me in your use. Jewish people do not have a homogeneous attitude or experience, we are all different and approach our different worlds uniquely. If we assume you're saying that to me. Er, well, the likelihood is if I sound angry about something I am. When I've posted my hail hydra rants, it's because I'm really fucking upset about it. When I tell the stories of my own family during the nazi takeover, it's because I am angry that so many people no longer remember. So many people have never interacted with the incredible humanity of those who fought, lived, died, survived, lost. So many people don't know that the Jewish people (and others) resisted. So many people are indifferent to the genocide that is happening today. Yes, I am angry. I'm angry that the Armenian genocide and so many others are still happening today. And I think I have every reason to be, and I can't apologize for being angry at something that's appalling.
