god… lehramtler…. im rly lucky the ones im in class with currently are chill but like, i took the nerd classes & only 9 out of 21 still regularly attend so. the ones in the first semesters tho…. please do literally anything else but teach
god i WISH the ones in my classes would just fuck off, usually they ollie tf out the moment a class has just a slightly more progressive theory behind it than what they themselves learnt in school
i mean most of them already look exactly like the classes they’re gonna be teaching. i know a guy in his early 20s and i swear he looks like every latin teacher in his 40s i’ve ever encountered
also 90% of the geschichtslehrämtler already have this aura of chalk dust and unjustified self-righteousness bad history teachers have how do you even do that, how do you still have your school supplies from 5th grade and do your notes exactly like the particularly eager kids did back than (complete with colourful underlining) but feel as if you had already been teaching for 20 years and, as if that weren’t already bewildering enough for someone like me, decide that that is exactly what you want to be doing for the rest of your life and force 30 little souls to mimick you with it
most of the time they don’t even care about new theories and just go to the really standard classes, why even go to university if all you want to do is essentially reguritate your own old text book
