@wangjac:
With the start of the New Year, GOT7 was given some time for vacation, but it was only a limited time (still much grateful for the time they’re given) until they were set back onto their everyday schedule. Yugyeom being one of the best known dancers in the group, Jackson had always praised him for that. Ever since the maknae had won first in the dance show, “Hit The Stage” Jackson would not shut up about it. A small practice session for their upcoming fan meets in the next few days wouldn’t hurt.
He stared straight at the mirror, examining the reflection of the younger’s every move and attempted to follow along. Jackson wasn’t the best dancer in the world but with enough practice and motivation, he didn’t do so bad. After all, he was a great athlete before all this. It didn’t take long until he easily picked up and synchronized with the rest. “So.. the left leg bends down an at angle like this..?” Unsure, he asked while demonstrating, looking at the other for guidance.
As much as Yugyeom loved to dance with choreographers who he'd admired when he was younger (an opportunity he was only able to have once before), he loved dancing with his hyungs even more. The familiarity in their presence and the closeness with which tied them together only enhanced the activity he loved to do the most tenfold. It created a feeling he hardly believed could be replicated elsewhere, and so to have Jackson, who he admired as a dancer silently and never vocally, made his heart feel lighter in their practice
He watched his hyung dance more than he danced himself, and he found an amusement in it as well as a pleasure to be kept to himself. At the question, he nodded, his smile having grown in the feeling of teaching someone older than him. "Yeah. And your upper body twists the same way, look&emdash;" He demonstrated the part the latter was trying to do, moving slower to make his movements easier to follow. "It's okay if you can't get it right away, hyung. Not everyone can win Hit the Stage."
