Ok, so the short answer is actually: BOTH.
See, Keith can shift between forms, somewhat. Honestly, he always looks more human than Galra but there’s definite differences between his 2 forms.
In his ‘passable’ form (as human as he can get), you would have to be looking quite hard to see that he’s not ‘normal’. His skin looks pale, but in the right light had a slightly purple tinge. His ears are pointed but it can probably be passed for particularly pointy human ears. Same with his canines. His eyes will reflect light and shine slightly in the dark but you wouldn’t notice unless you’re holding direct eye contact. Oh, the ears also have fur on them but it can be hidden under his hair.
On the other hand, his more Galra form looks significantly inhuman. His skin becomes noticeably purple (though not as vibrant as full Galra), as does his dark hair. Ears, teeth and claws grow longer and more pointed. His eyes go nearly fully yellow, what scilera is left is tinted yellow as well. He doesn’t grow or anything though.
So, in summary, he’s always human sized and shaped and can usually pass as human, but sometimes his more Galra features are more prominent :) You could tell he wasn’t human if he moved though; he’s fast and strong and graceful and just doesn’t move like a human would.
