Does anyone know why colleges have course restrictions? I understand the tier thing, where passing one course shows you have the knowledge to continue on to the next level. But in its barest form ... The student is paying to take the course. Why are some of them... Locked? What is the purpose? Worst case, the student fails the course they paid to take and the college still gets money. It... Idk. Doesn't make sense?
