Isn't it funny how sometimes we never get what we thought we wanted but somehow we always get what we never knew we needed?

6. To Make Something Out of Nothing.

Like every other night, I’m stuck staring at my fridge for 30 minutes. 

-“What to make?”

-“When was the last time I went to TJ's?”

-“How far is Caspians?”

-“I want steak!”

-“I don’t have steak…”

It’s a slow, sad process. Sometimes I eat a bag of chips, binge on every leftover I can find, order a pizza, and then precede to lay on the ground in agony. Not tonight! Tonight, I will make something out of nothing. I will find nutrition through vegetables. I will cook lean meat.

 Tonight, I will be healthy. Teriyaki Chicken Salad style.
