tear     stained     cheeks     and     bloodshot     eyes     were     a     giveaway     that     something     was     wrong     for     those     with     less     than     supernatural     talents,     but     jb     knew     her     better     than     that     that.     attempts     had     been     made     to     calm     down     but     still     her     heart     felt     like     it     was     aching     for     something,     someone     and     the     only     person     that     she     trusted     with     everything.     hands     tremble     ever     so     slightly     as     she     knocked     on     the     door,     a     formality     that     she     normally     didn’t     do     but     this     late     at     night     she     worried     about     awaking     her.     hearing     her     she     opens     the     door.

   SIPPING  THE  STRAWBERRY  MILKSHAKE  SHE  JUST  ORDERED ,  it  still  felt  strange  to  have  jellybean  around  again .  betty  could  barely  remember  the  little  romp ,  she  and  her  mother  leaving  riverdale  way  too  long  ago .  a  flashback  of  a  past  when  everything  was  good  and  ordinary ,  when  life  went  on  like  it  should  have  been  (  and  not  like  in  some  crazy  tv  show  )  without  all  the  happenings  of  the  last  months .  didn ‘  t  they  all  deserve  some  peace  ?      ❛   well  .   ❜  ,  the  blonde  finally  said  while  green  eyes  fixed  the  smaller  one  .  jughead  was  so  happy  with  her  coming  back ,  with  his  family  starting  to  reconcile .  how  could  his  girlfriend  not  support  him  ?  how  could  she  not  try  to  treat  his  sister  as  she  never  left  ?     ❛     i  got  you  something .    ❜    and  a  second  later  a  little  parcel  was  put  onto  the  desk  between  them     —    neatly  packed  into  pretty  paper .      ❛    jug  told  me  that  you  love  these  retro  styled  headbands  ,  so  . .   ❜      so  it  became  a  black  dotted  one  the  blonde  found  in  a  shop  down  the  road .  it  surely  would  fit  her  as  well  as  expected ,  if  the  youngest  jones  was  inclined  to  accept  this  unexpected  christmas  gift .
