S.211 by Niall Grant Via Flickr: Despite no longer displaying national markings, the scheme and serial number easily identify this S.211 as a former Royal Singapore Air Force example. The limited production run of the S.211 was largely split between air forces of Singapore and the Philippines.

Made an evolved form of Poizound. Relying on contracting Pokerus to evolve this guy in game would make the difficulty curve for completing the Pokedex waaaay too high in my opinion, but I liked the lore behind the idea so much that I kept it.
